Three new products join expanded flagships Online Injury Alerts and Investigative Reports, delivering claims intelligence that works inside carrier systems and alongside adjusters with increasing autonomy and complexity.

SANTA BARBARA, Calif., July 21, 2026 — Carpe today announced Carpe Claims, a unified suite that brings the company's decade of claims intelligence together with a new generation of AI-native solutions. The suite is available now and includes three new offerings, Carpe Case Management, Carpe Vision, and Carpe AdWatch, alongside major new releases of the company's flagship products, Online Injury Alerts and Investigative Reports.

Carpe’s solutions are in production today with a majority of the ten largest U.S. property and casualty carriers.

New Additions to the Suite

Carpe Case Management gives claims and SIU teams a single workspace where every party, vehicle, document, and piece of open-web intelligence on a claim lives in one place, with AI that reads the file the way a senior adjuster would.

Carpe Vision brings forensic image analysis to claims: AI-generation detection, manipulation analysis, and metadata verification for the photos and documents that increasingly decide whether a claim is paid.

Carpe AdWatch tracks attorney advertising and litigation marketing activity across markets, giving carriers early visibility into the litigation environment forming around their book.

Flagships Rebuilt for How Carriers Work Now

The updated releases of Online Injury Alerts and Investigative Reports reflect a shift in how carriers consume intelligence. Both now support fully headless operation, native Model Context Protocol (MCP) support, and complete agentic interactivity. A carrier's own AI systems can order an investigation, monitor a claimant, question the findings, and route the results without a human touching a screen. The same capabilities power Minerva, Carpe's commercial underwriting line, giving carriers one intelligence layer across the policy lifecycle.

Carpe builds and ships differently than most data vendors. Its forward deployed team works directly inside carrier claims organizations to wire products into live workflows, and the products themselves are designed to operate inside the carrier's environment. Whether the user is an adjuster, an SIU investigator, or an AI agent the carrier built last quarter, Carpe Claims meets the work where it happens.

“We spent ten years building the deepest view of claims activity on the open web. Now we've given it hands,” said Max Drucker, CEO of Carpe. “Carpe Claims is the result of a decade of data teaming up with AI that can actually do the work to monitor, investigate, verify, and act inside the systems carriers run today. Our customers are already operating in the agentic era most are still preparing for.”
